MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee all day-to-day operations of the Managed Data Service, including add-on services 
  • Develop, manage, and support relationships with participating school districts in the Managed Data Service 
  • Mentor and support all Managed Data Service staff (coordinators, import team, online registrars, etc.) to provide consistent service across participating districts 
  • Build awareness with school districts of available SCRIC services and their role in supporting district technology and state reporting initiatives
  • Regularly review and update Managed Data Service support documentation (i.e. matrices, service & process documentation, etc.). 
  • Ensure all processes are followed in accordance with the Managed Data Services and Processes documentation 
  • Assist Managed Data Coordinators with district admin preparation and participate in district admin meetings on a regular cadence 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of SCRIC, Managed Services, and Managed Data initiatives in conjunction with the Manager of IT Services and other field service managers 
  • Develop and lead regular team meetings with all Managed Data staff, both virtual and in-person 
  • Participate in SCRIC teams working on projects that better the organization (SCRIC)
  • Collaborate with Coordinator of Student Services, Assistant Manager of Data Management, and Data Warehouse Coordinator to ensure consistent communication among teams
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team as needed to resolve service issues or concerns
  • Address district service concerns
  • Respond to requests for new services in conjunction with the Manager of IT Services
  • This position reports directly to the Manager of IT Services.
  • Other duties as determined by the manager
$70,000 Minimum + commensurate with experience
