Job Description

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Mows lawns
• Maintains flowerbeds
• Trims hedges, trees and shrubs
• Rakes leaves
• Ensures that the grounds are kept neat and clean
• Cleans gutters and catch basins
• Performs custodial work, both inside and outside the builiding, as needed
• Snow removal

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Prefer prior experience in grounds maintenance work.
