Accurately maintains financial records. Assists in the management of request for services, and the billing of those services to the districts. Assists in the management of data regarding the receipt of products and services. Processes purchase orders for multiple departments. Creating and maintaining Excel files and spreadsheets daily for budgeting and reporting purposes. Utilizes software applications, including but not limited to Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Word, WinCap, and Outlook. Does related duties as required.
