MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Teach and supervise high school students at varying academic levels, both in academic and performance skills to prepare them for either college or entry level work in the Clean Energy field

• Experience with the fundamentals of technical support including
  ~ Solar Panels
  ~ Lithium-Ion Battery production
  ~ Battery Cell
  ~ Micro Soldering
  ~ Clean Energy
  ~ Battery Cell Technology
• Instruction will include integrage academics in English, Math, and Science
• Implement inquire-based learning projects
• Implement Project Based Learning
• Prepare students for co-ops and job shadows in the field

Job Qualifications

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• NYS Certification as an Electrical Electronic Technology CTE Teacher
  OR
• Bahelor's or Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronic Technology and 2 years field experience in electrical/elecronic technology, clean energy or battery production
  OR
• High school diploma and 4 years field experience as stated above
