  • Coordinate development, refinement, and execution of technology strategic planning in support of school districts educational strategic and operational goals
  • Collaborate with district administrators to help make informed decisions related to technology and associated professional learning opportunities for district staff
  • Coordinate a broad range of technology-based resources, maximizing the availability of their use
  • Lead cross-functional advisory committees that support adoption and implementation of technology in all aspects of school business
  • Build awareness in district of available SCRIC and BOCES services and their role in support of technology in schools
  • Assist school districts with short and long-range technology budget planning and identify cost optimization opportunities
  • Regularly present information to district staff in documents and presentations
  • Advise SCRIC management teams to guide decisions and/or make informed service adjustments
