MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, manage, and support relationships with assigned school districts 
  • Mentor and promote excellent customer service from MITS IT Assistants, PC/LAN Techs, Associate Coordinators, and ITPCs 
  • Build awareness with school districts of available SCRIC services and their role in support of technology in schools
  • Coordinate field services staffing levels and assignment locations
  • Direct daily work of roaming technicians
  • Execute field services initiatives in conjunction with the Manager of Field Services
  • Lead regular field services meetings in conjunction with other Assistant Managers
  • Assist coordinators with district admin meeting preparation.  Participate in district admin meetings on a regular cadence.
  • Address district service concerns
  • Respond to requests for new services
