Major Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining student files/filing.  Responsible for daily and weekly student attendance reports. Provide clerical support to administrator of facility, as well as faculty.  Performs a variety of related clerical tasks including phones, data entry and other duties as needed.  Be proficient in file systems using computer (Microsoft Office Suite).   Does other related programmatic work as required.

  • Collection and updating of Work-Based Learning strategic planning data & Perkins Grant data
  • Maintains program data for Adult Education & Odyssey of the Mind programs
  • Direct support for fiveprograms
  • Attends meetings and maintains reports
  • May assist staff professional in planning and administering in-service training programs
