MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Document Services production team and includes a variety of hands-on responsibilities based on departmental needs. Primary responsibilities include assisting with print production and finishing, supporting delivery and logistics, and helping maintain workflow across the shop. Duties may also include loading and unloading materials, operating equipment, and supporting general shop operations to ensure timely completion of jobs. This position will also assist with wide-format production, including signage, vinyl printing, and installation projects. As the department continues to grow in this area, the role may involve learning and supporting installation work both on-site and in the field. There may be opportunities to assist with basic layout or design-related tasks, depending on experience and workload. This could include supporting existing projects, preparing files, or learning new processes over time. We are looking for someone who is flexible, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. The ideal candidate is willing to learn multiple aspects of production and take on a variety of tasks as needed.
